The Pontifical Dalmatic and Tunicle are cut in the Italian-shape Roman Dalmatic. They are made of thin satin fabric and decorated with narrow gold braids. The collar is secured by tying the ribbons into bows on both sides.
The pontifical tunicle is made slightly longer than the pontifical dalmatic.
We can prepare them either with viscose or silk material. The examples are shown here in the rose colour.
These garments are worn by the Bishop when celebrating Pontifical Mass, and they are worn under the chasuble.
