Right of Withdrawal – EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 dayswithout giving any reason.

Withdrawal period The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated, takes physical delivery of the last item in your order.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You can do this by starting a return or cancellation request through your order history.

If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), you cannot access the above link. Please use the return request link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

Returning the goods After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Please contact us to obtain the return address in Hong Kong.

Return shipping costs You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. 

Refunds We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (we do not refund the additional cost of any express or premium shipping option you selected). We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom made to your specification or clearly personalised — for example, custom-made vestments or liturgical items produced to your order.
