The gremiale is made in Winchester damask or silk taffeta and decorated with standard wavy gold gallons. It is lined in cotton. Upon request, embroidery of an ornate cross in gold can be added in the centre.
The gremiale is placed over the laps of the Bishop when he is seated at the throne or faldstool during a Pontifical Mass.
Available to order in all liturgical colours.
