The gremiale is made in Winchester damask and decorated with standard wavy gold gallons. It is lined in cotton. It can be made with embroidery of an ornate cross in gold in the centre or plain.
If silver gallons and embroidery are required, please let us know when ordering.
The gremiale is placed over the laps of the Bishop when he is seated at the throne or faldstool during a Pontifical Mass.
